We deliver a highly effective, convenient, and personalized treatment experience.
Mental health conditions are chronic in nature and need to be treated as such. We provide care delivered over a one-year period. Our multi-disciplinary approach combines the latest, proven advances in medicine and psychology with the flexibility to tailor and make changes specific to your needs as they change.
While traditional treatment isolates clients in artificially structured and counterproductive environments, we treat you in your real-world environment where your sobriety will be tested each day. Our program allows you to remain engaged with the positive forces in your life (work, school, family), while traditional treatment removes you from family, career, and social relationships.
Our program is designed to meet all of your needs; there is no need to bounce between various providers. FDH delivers counseling, psychiatry, and medication directly to you.

Addiction and mental health conditions overlap | Ignore co-occurring mental health conditions or offer superficial treatment options | Deliver integrated, long-term therapy and psychiatric services including medication management |
Trauma is a root cause of addiction and makes it harder to treat | Ignore trauma, treat it superficially, or retraumatize clients by addressing it within group settings | Provide one-on-one therapy with a trained trauma-informed therapist |
Environment and relationships play a key role in addiction and recovery | Remove client from home environment and supportive relationships; place in peer group with others in various stages of change | Assess, treat, and improve home environment and intrafamilial relationships; teach and practice skills in the real world |
Medication-assisted therapy (MAT) is proven to save lives and improve outcomes | Most don’t offer MAT and those that do provide quick tapers proven not to work | Provide Suboxone, Sublocade, and Vivitrol in client’s home for as long as medically appropriate |
