Your Care Team

Our care team consists of highly trained experts in their respective behavioral health fields who work together to provide you with comprehensive care. We approach our work with compassion and pride ourselves on using the latest research to inform our evidence-based practices. It is our mission to help you and your loved ones successfully navigate the recovery process. Recovery is possible and we are here to help.

Recovery is difficult – and compatibility with your care team is critical. We match our patients with professionals who have personalities that we think will jive with yours, and design every treatment plan from scratch, appreciating that individuals have different needs, goals, and clinical presentations. While not every patient needs the full bench, our specialists below are all available to help.

Care Positions

Your care team is available 24/7 to ensure you are supported throughout the recovery process. At Front Door Health, we pride ourselves on offering the most experienced, compassionate professionals in their respective fields. They leverage both long-proven science with emerging research to provide comprehensive care.

  • Care Coordinator

This is your quarterback, ensuring your Care Team is informed and aligned. Each member of your Team brings extensive knowledge and expertise to the table. They maintain open communication, track progress, and thoughtfully plan next steps to get you feeling your best as soon as possible.

  • Psychiatrist

Addiction and mental health are complex, often co-occurring medical issues that require deep understanding of biology and psychology. Our board-certified addiction psychiatrist will listen carefully to understand how you feel and what you need - whether it’s more time with one of your Care Team members or prescription medication.

  • Registered Nurse

Your nurse will work with members of your Care Team to help you manage any withdrawal symptoms, identify self-care habits that you can implement into your daily routine, and assist your psychiatrist with filling medications.

  • Family Therapist

Family dynamics are complicated enough - add in addiction and mental health issues, and the relationships with the people we love most can feel strained beyond repair. Family therapists help everyone get to the root of their feelings and better understand behaviors. Stronger relationships create the groundwork for peaceful, stable homes that assist with sustained sobriety and mental health.

  • Therapist

Talking about what is on your mind can lead to helpful insights. Careful listening and asking the right questions often lead to a better understanding about ourselves and the people around us. Your therapist will help give you the tools to lead a happier, healthier life.

  • Recovery Coach

Recovery is a journey - one that’s far more successful when you have someone to trek alongside you. Your Recovery Coach will provide guidance, support, and accountability to help you create and stay on track with your goals.

  • Fitness Trainer

Physical fitness and mental health go together. Exercise has profound positive effects on our bodies and minds and often leads to healthier habits in all aspects of life. No matter what physical condition you are in, your trainer will help set realistic goals and work alongside you to achieve milestones.
