Prescription and illicit drug treatment

Prescription and illicit drug addiction affects about one in ten Americans and we are in the midst of an opioid crisis. FDH is fully equipped to provide tailored treatment based on your drugs of choice, behavioral health conditions, and environment—all in the comfort and privacy of your own home. Whether you struggle with illegal drugs such as cocaine, heroin, MDMA, meth, marijuana, inhalants, ketamine, PCP (angel dust) or are abusing prescription drugs such as Adderall, Vyvanse, Ritalin, Xanax, Klonopin, Valium, OxyContin, Percocet, Codeine, Vicodin, Ambien, or Lunesta, we are here to help. Front Door Health will create a tailored treatment program based on your needs and your specific substances of choice.

Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT)

MAT involves prescribing medications such as Suboxone, Sublocade, Vivitrol and Naltrexone to help reduce cravings and manage withdrawal. MAT is one of the only treatment strategies proven to work, yet is often ignored or mismanaged in traditional rehabs and behavioral treatment centers. FDH physicians will provide ongoing MAT services to you in your home, for as long as your doctor and you agree is medically appropriate. The research is clear—MAT significantly and substantially increases your odds of being successful in your recovery.
